Job Description:
The Disposition Manager is a vital member of a real estate wholesaling team, tasked with overseeing the sale of properties acquired by the company. This role involves cultivating and maintaining buyer relationships, negotiating agreements, and ensuring smooth transaction processes. Success in this position demands exceptional communication, sales expertise, organizational abilities, and a solid grasp of the real estate market.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain a strong network of real estate investors, cash buyers, and other prospective purchasers.
• Respond promptly to buyer inquiries, providing comprehensive property details.
• Arrange and conduct property showings or walkthroughs as needed.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties, utilizing listings, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Present properties accurately with professional photos, detailed descriptions, and relevant market data to attract qualified buyers.
• Negotiate purchase prices and terms with buyers to optimize company profitability.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
• Keep well-organized records of all transactions and communications.
• Share buyer feedback and market insights with the acquisition team to align strategies with buyer demand.
• Collaborate with the acquisitions team to understand property specifics, target buyer profiles, and refine processes for improved results.
