Job Summary:
IMBPO is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our expanding Human Resources team. The Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. This role is crucial in ensuring we attract and retain top talent to support our growing operations and meet the demands of our valued clients in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, primarily within the medical and legal support services, including but not limited to:
Schedulers, Receptionists, Assistants, Paralegals, Case Managers, and more.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies utilizing various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional
networks, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Craft compelling job postings that accurately reflect the requirements and attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone or video screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• .Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in a Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on recruitment
progress.
• Manage the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience in collaboration with
the HR Manager.
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of our recruitment processes.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within a BPO or similar fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for roles within the medical and/or legal industries is a strong advantage but not required.
• Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Proficiency in using various sourcing methods, including online job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, local Honduran job sites), social media
recruiting, and networking.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required due to our US-based clientele and international operations.
